Another Healthy Meal Idea: Fajitas

Just call me chef Aleks from now on, okay?

Fajitas...Everyone likes fajitas and they're good for you too. Looking better is feeling better. Feeling better is looking better.

Chicken, beef, or fish
Bell peppers
Fajita spice (crucial)
Mushrooms (optional)
Pita bread or wrap

Fry all of that stuff up and put it on the pita.

Salsa or taco sauce
Sour cream (optional)

Let cool for 5 minutes so you don't burn your face/mouth/lips/tongue, add toppings and enjoy.
If you really want to lose some weight you can substitute the bread for salad (like spinach or garden) and just put the fajita stuff on that and have a fajita salad.
