You can have more of this feeling by setting daily goals for yourself. Goals should be hard enough to challenge you a bit, but not so hard that they're impossible. Here are some examples of some goals:
1. Find a job
2. Exercise at the gym
3. Go for a walk outside
4. Make a healthy meal to eat
5. Spend time with my family
Begin with small goals and challenge yourself more as you get more confident. Its always a great feeling when you feel like you've done something with your day.
